Equalpride is a proud media sponsor of NYC Pride 2023.

This year's Pride Guide will take readers on an enlightening journey into the heart of the LGBTQ+ movement's rich history and vibrant present. It explores the iconic figures who have helped shape the narrative, the artists who use their craft to express and communicate the community's experiences and the remarkable stories that make up the queer tapestry.

Heritage of Pride has commissioned Thaddeus Coates, a renowned artist celebrated for his distinct style and his commitment to representation, to create this year's cover illustration. His artwork encapsulates the spirit of pride, courage and diversity that is emblematic of the LGBTQ+ community.

"The NYC Pride Guide is not just a listing of events, it's a testament to our vibrant community and a celebration of our history and progress," said Mark Berryhill, CEO of equalpride. "We are excited to showcase Thaddeus Coates' artwork on the cover. His work resonates with the strength and resilience that is woven into our community's DNA."

The guide further offers in-depth coverage and a detailed schedule of the numerous events scheduled throughout NYC Pride Week. From parades to concerts, exhibits to advocacy workshops, the guide ensures that everyone has access to join in the festivities.
