Jamie Lee Curtis Named Advocate of the Year

LOS ANGELES, CA (November 19, 2023)The Advocate is thrilled to announce Hollywood icon and Oscar winner Jamie Lee Curtis as the cover star for its November/December 2023 issue, celebrating this year’s list The Advocates: an annual tradition marking the luminaries and trailblazers of the LGBTQ+ community who have significantly impacted our world. Curtis is recognized for her strong allyship to the LGBTQ+ community and as a supportive mother of a transgender daughter.

Curtis spoke about her attachment to the LGBTQ+ community in an in-person interview with Senior Editor John Casey, and the star was photographed exclusively by Andrew Eccles.

Jamie Lee Curtis will also be presented with the Advocate of the Year award during the Out100 Party on November 9th in Los Angeles.
